![]() ![]() It is important to note that my monitor, my HDMI cable and my ethernet cable are not faulty – they all work when directly connected to my laptop. ![]() This is the case for all laptops, which all have the necessary drivers. I am also not getting any ethernet connection through the dock. ![]() Here is my issue: the HDMI output does not work, i.e. All laptops (my latitude and the macbook) also charge through the dock effortlessly. Here is what works: any plugged in USB in the dock works/is recognised, as well as usable by all laptops. I also downloaded the latest required drivers from Dell’s website related to docking. I made sure they were installed properly and running. Once I unpacked it, I followed all instructions, downloaded all latest drivers for the relevant computers. I have recently purchased a D6000 universal docking station (Dell), which I intended to use with my laptop (Latitude 7390), as well as my relatives’ laptops (macbooks and windows PCs) if they so needed. ![]()
